My client has become the fastest growing digital payments platform in the insurance industry (manages more than $2.5 billion a year in payments for customers). They’ve been established since 2012, have 20 million in revenue, still privately held and growing rapidly.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive in either New England or South-Central US (remote based).
This person will be responsible for selling the companies digital payments platform (designed to maximize retention of the new generation of policy holders-while reducing security risks and minimizing payment processing costs) to the P&C.
Average sales cycle: 3-9 months / Average selling price: 300k
- Payments space
- Enterprise software sales
- P&C experience is a plus
- Can also have little to no payments but be strong in P&C
- Established in 2012
- 20 million in revenue (have been through 3 rounds) privately held
- Founders came from insurance companies so they know the space
- Great environment – don’t micro manage, low turnover (vp has been there 3+ years)

Base: $100-130k (+negotiable draw available)
OTE: $200-260k (plus accelerators on plan, don’t cap)
